Pharma FabTM Industries “ Double Cone Blenders are used for mixing, lubricating and blending in Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Food, Chemical, cosmetics, ceramics, pesticide, plastics and other Allied industries

Process :

The Double shape blenders have long two corner of product container for more rubbing and tumbler effect to the material for fast and homogenizing mixing. It can perform homogenously dry Mixing of free flowing powders, granules requiring low shearing force. Mixing and Blending of particles with rapid intermixing of particles irrespective of varying specific gravities. The material is loaded into the double cone blender drum. The double cone blender is tumbles the material in the container and spread out. The mixing is achieved in 10 to 20 minutes with better homogeneity.

  • The conical shape of both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.
  • Double Cone shape product container is for Ideal dry mixer for lubrication of granules and homogenization mixing of multiple batches in to single batch.
  • Maximum care has been taken to ensure for safe operation of the unit.
  • Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching. The same will be provided with SS cover & limit switch. ( In 200 Kgs. & above model )
  • Safety rod (2 nos.) provided at back side. (on LH side & other on RH side )
  • Suitable size of butter fly valve at one end of the cone provided for material discharge & hole with Openable cover provided at other end of the cone for material charging & Cleaning.
  • On shaft with (04 nos. )fixed baffles with mirror polished provided inside the cone. Fixed baffles provided for lumps breaking.
  • Cone is mirror polished from the inside & outside & structure will be matt polished.
  • All moving non contact parts covered with SS 304 covers.
  • "A" type rigid structure of the machine with two sides resting of product container.
  • Product container having discharge with butterfly valve and man hole.
  • Charging hole with hinged lid with seal for charging and cleaning.
  • The product container rotates on sped 8 RPM.
  • Safety guards made from SS 304 pipes provided in front of the m/c with limit switch.
  • Panel fabricated from SS 304 material with facility of three phase indication, D.O.L. Starter, digital timer & Amp. Meter
  • As per client requirement machine will be provided with left side drive or with right side drive. Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit.
  • Enclosed rigid drive with reduction gear box and motor. Worm reduction gear use for speed reduction.
  • Food grade rubber gasket will be used on both end of cone as well as in butterfly valve.
  • Inside & outside of the cone will be polished to the mirror finished.
  • Safety guards provided with limit switch to not start the machine when safety guards are not in proper position.
